Website Sign Off Form

Because it's ultimately your project, you have the final say. That's why we need you to double-check your proof and make sure everything is exactly the way you want it. As the client, you are responsible for proofing your project (IE: website, digital advertisement, email marketing campaign, social media content, print work) and authorizing its final version to be deployed . Please note, this is the opportunity to make corrections to the site based on the existing scope of work. Anything added outside the scope of work will be billed accordingly.
