Calculating Destiny Accounting Website Design

Most people associate accounting with either taxes or IRS audits, two things which many outside of profession would be happy to believe do not exist. And even if you run your own business and understand how essential accounting is to your company’s functional infrastructure and bottom line, the idea of dealing with the ledgers, payables and receivables may send your head spinning. So how do you market your business when the very elements of what you do make most people want to run the other direction? AB Accounting Services solved this problem by going to Sun Sign Designs to develop their website.

“After months of searching for a web developer to design my website with my ideas in mind, I came across Sun Sign Designs,” relates Alle Bechtel, owner of AB Accounting Services. “Stephen [Powell, CEO of Sun Sign Designs] took many hours to truly understand my vision and listen to what message I wanted to convey. He was the first developer who was not trying to force his ideas on me, and as a result my website turned out exactly as I had imagined.” The website features the title, Accounting, Redefined, and features a list of services, news, and company information in a smooth, easily read design. In addition to the website development, Sun Sign Design is also responsible for the hosting, online marketing and consulting work, including the writing and updating on economic news and business best practices for their News section.

AB Accounting continues with saying that the “skills, personalization and attention to detail” of Sun Sign Designs made their experience a success. “Not only did my design turn out great but I gained a clearer picture of my marketing approach during the process as well. I have received many compliments on my website but none so rewarding as the one paid by the representative of the Better Business Bureau as I went through my accreditation. Sun Sign Designs is highly recommended for all consumers but especially the particular ones. Job well done!”

thestoragemall

The Storage Mall is another great example of how growth is often both a blessing and a curse for companies. The company had grown to the point where they had ten different locations, and none of them had a solid way of communicating with each other. They were using an outdated version of a program as a proprietary database, and were operating more as independent branches instead of a unified company. They wanted to continue expanding, but the problems that arose as a result from their previous growth was slowing them down from making more gains in the marketplace.

We co-located a centralized server that allowed them to communicate on an intra-company level. We provided a solution for their phone communication as well, giving the company a full-scale improvement on how they worked together. Once their internal systems were running smoothly, they were able to dedicate resources to turning their website into a selling tool. We continue to provide hosting, email services and technical support for this rapidly growing company. They bought 4 locations in the last two years as they continue to expand with confidence in their processes.

fox-run

Every company knows that growth can be a mixed blessing – with increased revenue comes new demands on your company infrastructure, to the point where the integrated systems can grind to a halt if one segment lags behind another. This is the story of Fox Run Brands, the powerful company behind such names as KitchenArt, CuisineArt and Kingsford. It has such a strong list of brands to support it almost overwhelmed their own sales staff—they had no concise way of presenting their inventory to interested vendors and retailers.

Sun Sign Designs arrived to create the website as a sales tool. We gave them a clean interface that allowed potential clients to quickly examine the products. It also served as a place for customers to find out new offerings from the company, along with recipes where they got to use the products themselves. The website was also directly linked to the company, which made the site the center for all outgoing and incoming communication. This helped Fox Run Brands to swiftly get the pulse of the online conversation for its products.

We continue to support Fox Run, as we didn’t just simply build a great website for them, but we also provide a dedicated service where we house the server that supports their website. As part of our overall package, we provide technical support and website security. We also give you as needed updates to your website, and a full site re-design after 18 months. You’ll know you can reach out to us if something happens. We’re there for you.

mackcam

Many websites have a foundation set for how they run things, but want to become something more—in fact, the market demands that they do. Mack started as a company that sold cameras to customers, but as they increasingly got requests for equipment repairs, they found they had the ability to extend the warranty for almost any device brand for consumers. It was a great idea, as customers would be able to go to them for their service needs as opposed to their competitors. It would also make them a worldwide entity. However, they had an issue: their website was too basic, suited for the needs of a retailer but not able to handle all the different needs that would arise if they made their expansion into warranties a reality.

Enter Sun Sign Designs. We created a whole new look and functionality for their website, making it responsive and informative for the consumer. The website became integrated with the product list for all the Mack supported vendors, giving customers easy access to find their product in order to get the process started. The new site allows consumers to track their warranty in each step of the process, providing transparency to a process that normally was tied up in red tape. The look of the website contributes to its modern feel, as each time a customer clicks to the site, it changes its background, giving it a vibrant and first class feel. If you want to make your customers feel like they’re getting the best service, every step in the process must look professional. We’ll give your website that feel that will give you and your customers peace of mind.

diamond

What do you think of when you hear the words “steel perforation”? Machines cutting standardized holes into gray metal – not exactly the stuff of dreams or fantasies, and it was a nightmare for the marketing team for Diamond Manufacturing as they tried to make their business appeal to a wider audience. Diamond had risen to the top of the industry on the shoulders of its parent company, ReliantSteel, and wanted to create the impression that they were ready for the 21st century.

We gave their site a sleek, visually appealing design to emphasize their eye for aesthetics. By making it look like art, we allowed the product to sell itself – customers would think if they can make steel perforation look this good, then every aspect of their business must be of the same quality. In a world full of noise, distraction and unwanted attacks on the senses, we can make your product stand out like a beacon to attract customers and clients.

hidy-ochiai

Your company has its own history and story, and how do you know if another professional service can understand just what you need? Sun Sign Designs has proven experience handling almost any kind of business, including a martial arts dojo looking to bring their practice into the 21st century.

Hidy Ochiai and his dojo wanted to bring the feel of Modern Japan to their website, so that they could show a minimalism that carries through their outer design and the training itself. Ochiai is 76 years old and is a true master in his field, and wanted to carry over his knowledge to all of his branch schools despite the fact that he was one man and can only be in one place at a time. The answer to this was to build out a website that supported video chat and secure video integrity for the stream. This was necessary as the instructors and students needed to be able to see the precise muscle movement without the video quality graining out. The website also offers instructions to find the right equipment and where to buy it.

In addition to their primary website, we also support their individual branch websites. We created a style guide that is used as a template for the over 15 branches to make their own site. For these sites, we provide SEO and technical support. In this way, Ochiai can teach in his home dojo and let the franchise trainers watch him until they feel prepared enough to take on the practice themselves.

hidy-ochiaiWe have the honor to launch the world famous Master Hidy Ochiai’s new website. The Hidy Ochiai Foundation site was designed to include the three main business entities; Master Hidy Ochiai, The Hidy Ochiai Foundation, and The Educational Karate Program. Key features is to provide tribute to Mr. Ochiai as well as provide ease-of-use for locating one of his many national schools of Washin-ryu karate-do.
